An Exceptional Sapphire

The story

This exceptional ring began with the search for a blue sapphire possessing remarkable depth, character and presence. Once the central stone had been selected, every element of the design was developed around its distinctive colour and generous proportions.

Two brilliant diamond side stones introduce light and balance, while the restrained platinum setting gives the sapphire the space to command attention. The finished piece is bold, architectural and entirely shaped by the character of its central stone.

The Marquise Composition

The story

Designed for a client drawn to colour and individuality, these earrings bring together rich red rubies, white diamonds and fancy yellow diamonds in an expressive arrangement of marquise-cut stones.

Each gemstone was positioned to create a sense of movement and natural asymmetry. Platinum and yellow gold were used selectively throughout the settings to complement the colour of each stone. Striking from a distance, the intricacy of the craftsmanship reveals itself on closer inspection.
