Repairs
We do understand that sometimes accidents do happen and because of this, we off a 24 months guarantee on any piece of jewellery purchased from Emily Burlington Ltd.
During this period we will replace, free of charge, any diamond or gemstone less than 0.03Ct, that has become dislodged.
We will also repair any damage caused by reasonable wear-and-tear.
Damage caused by a third party, be it accidentally or otherwise, will invalidate this guarantee and repairs will be chargeable (delivery changes may apply).
The replacement of diamonds or gemstones that are larger than 0.03Ct will be chargeable.
Any piece of jewellery purchased from Emily Burlington Ltd altered or repaired by outside jewellers invalidates all guarantees. 31 Days Returns
