Shipping Policy

At Emily Burlington Ltd, we strive to provide exceptional service and seamless delivery for our customers. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information on our shipping processes.

Complimentary UK Delivery

We offer complimentary secure, tracked and insured delivery on all jewellery purchases within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Time

Dispatch Times

Ready-to-wear and made-to-order jewellery is normally dispatched within 10 working days. Fully bespoke commissions typically require approximately four weeks, although the expected completion date will be confirmed individually before work begins.

Orders that include engraving or personalisation may require an additional 5–10 working days. These times refer to preparation and dispatch; delivery normally takes place on the next working day following dispatch.

Delivery Method

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, with delivery normally by 1pm on the next working day following dispatch. Each parcel is fully insured against loss, damage or theft while in transit.

Delivery Restrictions

Currently, we only accept online orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, freight forwarding addresses, or hotels. For enquiries about delivery outside the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands, please contact our Client Care team before placing your order.

Secure Packaging

All orders are securely packaged and fully insured. The outer packaging contains no reference to Emily Burlington Ltd or the contents of the parcel, ensuring privacy and security.

Signature Required

For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure that you or a named representative is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, the carrier will provide instructions for arranging redelivery or collection. For security reasons, orders will not be left in a designated safe place or with a neighbour.

International Delivery

International delivery is available by prior arrangement. Charges are quoted individually according to the destination, value and insurance requirements of the order.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs authority for further information before placing your order.

Engraving and Personalisation

For orders that include engraving or personalisation, please allow additional time for delivery:
- Standard engraved items: Additional 5 working days.
- Hand engraved and monogrammed items: Additional 10 working days.

Please note that personalised or engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
