Your Emily Burlington jewellery is covered by a 24-month guarantee against qualifying defects in craftsmanship, giving you confidence in the quality of your piece.

Settings for diamonds and gemstones under 0.05ct are guaranteed for 12 months. For larger stones, we recommend appropriate specialist jewellery insurance.

We offer one complimentary alteration per item, where technically suitable. Any further alterations can be arranged and quoted for by our team.

Your Emily Burlington jewellery can be professionally cleaned by us without charge, helping to preserve its beauty and finish over time. Postage is not included.

A complimentary insurance valuation is provided with your purchase, helping you arrange appropriate cover for your jewellery from the outset.

From everyday wear to more extensive restoration, our craftsmen can care for your jewellery throughout its lifetime. Chargeable work is always agreed with you before we proceed.

If you notice a loose stone, damaged setting or anything else that concerns you, stop wearing the piece and contact us. We’ll inspect it and advise you on the appropriate next step.
