SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer complimentary delivery on all jewellery orders within the United Kingdom, with each parcel securely packaged and fully insured while in transit.

Orders are normally dispatched within 10 working days, with bespoke pieces taking up to 15 working days. Engraving and personalisation may require additional time.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery, with delivery normally by 1pm on the next working day following dispatch. Parcels are fully insured against loss, damage or theft while in transit.

Online orders can currently be delivered to UK addresses only. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, freight-forwarding addresses or hotels.

Every order is carefully and securely packaged. Our outer packaging is discreet and contains no reference to Emily Burlington or the contents of your parcel.

For your security, a signature is required upon delivery. Orders will not be left in a safe place, collection location or with a neighbour unless specifically arranged by you.

For delivery outside the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands, please contact our team before ordering. International deliveries may be subject to local duties and taxes payable by the recipient.

Please allow approximately 5 additional working days for standard engraving and 10 working days for hand engraving or monogramming. Personalised and engraved pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
